We purchased the new, get off the couch TV game - Wii Fit!
It really is very active and fun. We have spent just as more time laughing and
competing with all the fun things it has to offer as we have burning calories.
The pictures are of my mom hoola-hooping and then running in the park.
Its a great family excercise experience!
